As a highly skilled, creative and committed coach and consultant, Lisa partners with her clients through a dynamic, customized approach, facilitating increased personal and professional effectiveness and fulfillment. She’s passionate about helping them to identify and leverage their strengths so that they achieve personal success while delivering targeted results and strategic value within an organizational system.

With more than 25 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, Lisa has worked in a variety of leadership, marketing and coaching roles. As Acting Director of Management Development at Nuance Communications, she delivered learning and development programs to 800+ managers globally. In her role as Senior Leadership Development Consultant in the Verizon Business Talent Management Group, Lisa partnered with high potential senior executives and managers in the Corporate, Government and Education markets. Prior to Verizon Business, Lisa spent several years as part of an IBM sales transformation initiative where she coached VPs, directors and managers. She also co-managed the design and deployment of learning programs that provided 1,300 sales leaders with key coaching skills to improve climate and increase results. Lisa has also worked with hundreds of executives and managers of Fortune 500 companies in career transition through Right Management and Lee Hecht Harrison, premier career management firms.

Lisa has worked with clients in many industries, including biotech, high tech, publishing, financial services, telecommunications, professional services, education, government and the arts. She has many years of experience working virtually with individuals and teams.

Lisa has a BS in Business Administration from the Whittemore School at the University of New Hampshire. She earned her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Certification from the International Coach Federation in 2005 and has logged over 2,000 coaching hours. She graduated from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) as a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) in 2001. She has also completed extensive professional development programs in the areas of coaching and leadership, including the highly acclaimed CTI leadership program. And, Lisa is authorized to deliver a number of leading individual and team assessments, including the PDI Ninth House Profilor 360, MRG Leadership Effectiveness Series Assessment and Individual Directions Inventory, Hogan Leadership Assessments and Team Coaching International Team Diagnostic.

Lisa is on the faculty at Performance Consultants International, teaching leaders coaching skills. Active in several professional communities, Lisa is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the ICF New England Chapter, the HR Leadership Forum and the Boston Facilitators Roundtable.
